Senecio barbertonicus "Succulent bush" , This evergreen succulent “bush” adds a lot of texture to your outdoor succulent garden. The leaves are light green, pointing up on the branching stems. Watch for yellow flowers in the Spring. Because this “Succulent Bush” grows so tall, it can get heavy and could topple over. If it begins to flop, behead the top until the stem is firm again. You can then propagate the cuttings.
Plant Care: Senecio Barbertonicus is one of the most low-maintenance houseplants. Succulents have a totally different requirements than any of the other type of plants. Succulents don't always make the best indoor house plant’s. Typical watering needs for a succulent is to “soak and dry” method, and allow the soil to dry out completely between watering’s. DON’T water succulents daily. That's the quickest way to kill them. Plant in an area of your garden that gets 6 hours of indirect sunlight a day (This is important) . Fertilize them once in a month or two. Do not pot them in a media that retains lot of water. Pot them in a sandy soil where the water runs away. So make sure you have good drainage of the pots. If using cocopeat than use good amount of perlite.
Growing succulents indoors can be a bit tricky. Not all succulents are suited for indoor growing. Choosing succulents that don't like full sun, but prefer shade or low light will make a big difference in the success of your indoor succulent garden. Normally when said as Indoor succulents it means the succulents have to kept near the window sill with enough sun light (mean brightest) . In general, succulents that have bright colors (such as reds, purples and oranges) don't do well indoors. They require some direct sun and more light than is generally available indoors.
